Testing Our Next Market: Uganda to Kenya
Expansion should not begin with opening an office. It should begin with proving that customers actually want what you sell. That is how we are approaching Kenya.
Over the past month, John Kennedy has been helping validate opportunities across the Kenyan agricultural market. Samples were sent across the border, while John visited two refiners and approximately five agricultural input dealers to understand demand and commercial expectations. Several prospects moved discussions forward and were waiting for final pricing before making purchasing decisions.
Our team also authorized sunflower-seed samples for shipment into Kenya as we continue testing crossborder opportunities. Uganda remains our core market. But Kenya represents something strategically important: evidence that the supply chains, products and technology we are building may travel beyond one country. Regional expansion starts with validation.
