Strengthening Operations to Support Scalable Agricultural Growth
In February, Agrosahas focused on strengthening operational systems to support the continued growth of its agricultural ecosystem. Key improvements were made to raw material aggregation systems, enabling more efficient sourcing and coordination with farmer groups across our supply network.
We also expanded our extension supervision model, providing stronger support and coordination for agronomists working directly with farmers. This ensures farmers receive consistent guidance on climate-smart practices, crop management, and productivity improvement.
As part of our regional expansion strategy, groundwork for entering the Kenya market was further strengthened through operational planning and partnership exploration.
In addition, traceability data collection was enhanced through the Digifarmer app, allowing better tracking of production practices, farm outputs, and sustainability metrics across the value chain.
These operational improvements strengthen transparency, efficiency, and scalability across the Agrosahas ecosystem.
