Improving Daily Execution and Accountability

In July, we continued improving daily execution through staff reporting, daily huddles, and Worknest compliance. These systems help the team stay organized, monitor daily tasks, and respond quickly to operational needs across Lira, Kampala–Mukono, and Kenya.
