Sustainable Farming
How DigiFarmer Can Reach Millions Without Hiring Thousands
Reaching one million farmers cannot mean employing one agronomist for every village. The economics simply would not work and that is why we increasingly see DigiFarmer as a platform that other organisations can distribute not merely a service delivered by our own team.
In recent strategy discussions, we identified four major pathways for scale: collaboration with organisations such as the World Food Programme, government adoption, private-sector partnerships and direct commercial distribution.
Imagine a bank using DigiFarmer to assess agricultural borrowers.
An input company reaching verified farmers.
A buyer sourcing directly from cooperatives.
An NGO monitoring farmer outcomes or government programs using the same infrastructure for agricultural delivery.
Our field teams will remain important but partnerships can multiply their reach.
The future of DigiFarmer is not simply serving farmers ourselves.
It is becoming infrastructure through which an entire agricultural ecosystem can serve them.
